hello@concier.app is the way in for everything: your account, an order that is on its way, sizes and fit, AI try-on, partner hotels, or a question about a piece. If you are writing about a specific wardrobe, include the hotel and your check-in date so it can be found quickly.
Your wardrobe and your stay
Concier works at any hotel. Your wardrobe arrives as a guest package and waits at the front desk for check-in. At Concier partner hotels, staff hang everything in the room before you arrive.
If a piece does not suit the day or the weather, that is what the spares are for. Every wardrobe is built with one outfit for each day you are dressing, plus a spare piece for each of those days, so a backup is already hanging there.
Worn pieces leave in the Concier laundry bag that comes with the wardrobe. Concier collects the bag at the end of your stay and handles all the cleaning, so nothing reaches a room un-laundered.
Sizes, fit, and AI try-on
The closet is filtered and ranked against the sizes and style answers on your profile, so keeping those current is the fastest way to improve what you are shown. You can edit them any time under Profile.
AI try-on previews a piece on your own photo before you reserve it. If a try-on fails, it is usually the source photo: a full-length shot, facing the camera, in even light, against a plain background works best. Email hello@concier.app if it keeps failing and include the piece you were trying.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. The same option is on the web app under Profile.
Deleting signs you out immediately and starts a 30 day window, after which your profile, sizes, style answers, reservations, uploaded photos, and try-on results are erased for good. If you change your mind inside those 30 days, or you would rather everything went immediately, email hello@concier.app. What Concier holds and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
Waitlist and cities
Concier is starting in Seattle. If your city is not open yet, join the waitlist and you will hear when it is. Cities with the most demand go first, so the waitlist genuinely decides the order.
