What Concier collects
Your account. Your email address, and your name if you give it. You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google or Apple. When you use Google or Apple, Concier receives your email address and name from them and never sees your password.
Your sizes and your taste. The sizes, fit notes, and style answers you enter when you set up your profile. This is what the closet gets filtered and ranked against, so it is the part that makes the product work at all.
Photos you upload for try-on. If you use AI try-on, you upload a photo of yourself. This is the most sensitive thing Concier holds and it is treated that way. Photos go into private storage that is not publicly readable and is keyed to your account, so no other guest can reach them. Where the photo travels is spelled out under AI try-on below.
Your trips. The hotel, the city, and the dates of your stay, plus the pieces you reserve.
Anything you send Concier. Support messages, waitlist sign-ups, and partner enquiries.
What Concier does not collect
- No location tracking. The app never asks for your location.
- No advertising identifiers and no analytics trackers inside the iOS app.
- No access to your contacts, your microphone, or your health data.
- No card numbers stored by Concier. Payment for a wardrobe is arranged directly with you outside the app.
AI try-on, specifically
When you run a try-on, your photo and a picture of the garment are sent to FAL, which runs the image model that produces the preview. Depending on configuration that model is either FASHN’s virtual try-on or OpenAI’s GPT Image 2 edit endpoint, both reached through FAL. A smaller FAL vision model also checks that an uploaded photo is usable before a try-on runs.
Those providers process the images in order to generate the result, and their handling of them is governed by their own terms. Concier does not sell your photos, does not use them for advertising, and does not show them to other guests. The generated preview is stored in private storage tied to your account, and you can delete it by deleting your account.
Who your information goes to
- Supabase runs Concier’s database, sign-in, and file storage.
- Vercel hosts the website and the API the app talks to.
- FAL generates the AI try-on previews, as described above.
- Armoire is Concier’s inventory partner and receives the reservation details needed to put a wardrobe together.
- Your hotel receives your name and stay dates so the wardrobe reaches the right guest.
- Formspree and Twilio deliver the email and text updates about your order.
Concier does not sell your information and does not hand it to advertisers.
The website is tracked. The app is not.
concier.app uses the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure whether ads are reaching people who go on to join the waitlist. Those run on the website only. The iOS app ships with no advertising or analytics trackers in it.
How long Concier keeps things
Account information, sizes, and style answers stay for as long as your account is open. Uploaded photos and generated try-on previews stay until you delete your account. Records tied to a completed rental are kept while Concier still needs them to close out that rental.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile, and on the web app under Profile. Deleting starts a 30 day window. You are signed out immediately and the account stops working, and after 30 days everything is erased for good: your profile, your sizes and style answers, your reservations, your uploaded photos, and your try-on results.
The window is there so that a mis-tap is recoverable and so a rental that is still out can be closed out properly. If you want a deletion cancelled inside those 30 days, or you want everything erased immediately instead of waiting, email hello@concier.app.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what Concier holds about you, ask for something to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be erased, by emailing hello@concier.app. Depending on where you live you may have these rights under the GDPR or under Washington and California privacy law. Concier honours the request either way rather than checking which law applies to you first.
Children
Concier is built for adults booking their own travel and is not directed at children. Concier does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email hello@concier.app and it will be removed.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects what Concier does with your information, account holders get an email about it rather than a quietly edited page.
