Concier is a wardrobe rental for travelers. They pick their pieces in the app before they land, and the pieces are waiting at their hotel, cleaned and pressed. Where a store partners with us, the closet carries that store's pieces under its own name. Boutiques and consignment stores put past-season pieces on the rental rail. One-of-one vintage lists as a piece to buy. Either way, you keep the sale.
Two rails, and you pick the one that fits
The rental rail · Past-season pieces, worn again
You choose ten to twenty past-season, sample, or markdown-bound pieces. Never your new-season floor. They get a second season with travelers instead of a markdown rack, listed under your name with your logo on every piece. When a guest keeps one, most of that sale is yours, and every reservation pays you a per-wear fee. The exact terms go in writing before you hand us a single piece.
The honest part: once a guest has worn a piece it does not go back on your new rack. It stays in the Concier rotation until a guest keeps it, or comes back to you cleaned and clearly marked for your secondhand or sale rail.
The buy-only rail · One of one, never rented
A one-of-one piece should not be lent out. It goes up in the app under your name as a piece to buy, not to rent. It stays in your store until a guest buys it, and then it travels to their hotel with the rest of their wardrobe. Nothing leaves your rail on a maybe.

We photograph and size your pieces with you. They go up in the app under your logo, and a buy-only piece stays in your store until a guest reserves it.
A gold pin, and your door
Stores we stock from get a gold pin on the app's map, and guests are sent to your door.
Travelers you could not reach before
Guests browse the closet for their city before they fly. An independent store has no other way to be in front of someone who has not landed yet. That is the whole point of the rail.
A founding cohort, not a marketplace
We open each city with about eight stores, and the first ones get top placement in the closet, a founding-partner badge, and a place in the launch press. No exclusivity clauses, ever.
What we ask · An afternoon, and your sizes
Time with a camera, which we bring. Sizes as you label them. A word when a buy-only piece sells in store, so it comes off the rail.
What we never ask · No fee, no software, nothing to clean
Nothing to pay, nothing to log into. We collect, clean, deliver, and clean again before a piece re-enters rotation. Your name travels with every piece.
